The south side of the metro, known well.
Five markets, chosen because they are where Varvara lives, works and closes. Each page covers geography, housing character, the outdoors and what to know before you tour.

01
Central Denver
Cherry Creek
Denver’s walkable luxury district, and home base.
Cherry Creek is where Varvara’s Compass office sits, at 200 Columbine Street, and it is the neighborhood most people picture when they think of Denver at its most polished. Sixteen blocks of boutiques, galleries and restaurants in Cherry Creek North, the Cherry Creek Shopping Center across First Avenue, and the Cherry Creek Trail running along the water toward downtown.

Greenwood Village
Large lots, the High Line Canal, and the Cherry Creek High School attendance area.
Greenwood Village is a small city with a big daytime population: about 15,700 residents, and several times that many commuters into the Denver Tech Center along I-25. Away from the office towers, it is deliberately low-density. Larger parcels, deep setbacks, and zoning that protects the look of established neighborhoods.

Centennial
Established neighborhoods, parks and light rail along Arapahoe Road.
Centennial is one of Colorado’s youngest cities and one of its larger ones. Incorporated in 2001 from unincorporated Arapahoe County, including the former Southglenn and Castlewood areas, it is home to about 108,000 people spread across nearly 30 square miles south of Denver.

Littleton
A historic Main Street, the South Platte, and the foothills at the end of the road.
Littleton sits about eleven miles south of downtown Denver where the South Platte River meets the foothills. Its ten-block Main Street Historic District is lined with restored nineteenth- and early-twentieth-century buildings, around 220 mostly local businesses, and a light-rail station a six-minute walk away.

City and County of Denver
Denver
Seventy-eight neighborhoods, one skyline, and the mountains always to the west.
Denver is a city of 78 statistical neighborhoods, and each one trades differently. Varvara has closed transactions from Westwood on the southwest side to Copperstone in the southeast and the northern suburbs along I-25, and she works regularly in the central neighborhoods between her Cherry Creek office and downtown.

Not sure which area fits?
That is the most common starting point. A twenty-minute conversation about how you live usually narrows it to two or three.
